Purchase and Payment


What Payment Methods are accepted?
MyRaceDVD.com currently accepts Visa, MasterCard and American Express.

Why set up an account with MyRaceDVD?
By setting up an account with MyRaceDVD.com, you can save your personal information, which makes it faster and easier to order races the next time you visit our site. You can also “Opt in” to receive new product announcements and special offers from MyRaceDVD.com.  MyRaceDVD.com respects your privacy and protects your personal information.  For more details, please read our Privacy Policy.

Can I purchase races from previous years?
Yes… and No!  When you buy a 2007 race, you will automatically receive a free 52 minute broadcast highlight of the 2006 race (it’s right there on your Bonus DVD).  The 2006 race has broadcast view only (No My Race OnScreen Dashboard™ or in-car cameras / audio channels).  MyRaceDVD.com does not offer previous year’s races for sale as standalone products.

Can I pre-order future races? 
Yes, you can pre-order any future 2007 race, provided total orders for that race have not yet met our production limits on the Collector’s Edition case. Races that are no longer available will be listed as “sold out” in our web store.  Pre-orders can be placed at the MyRaceDVD.com Store.

What does “Out of Stock” mean?
Out of Stock means we are temporarily out of a particular race, but have not exceeded our sales limit.  So you can expect to see out of stock titles become available again in the near future.

What does “Sold out” mean?
Sold out means that we have met the overall sales limit for for a particular race.  The race is no longer available for sale. 
 
When / How is my credit card charged?
Your credit card is never charged at the time you place your order on our website, nor is your credit line impacted. MyRaceDVD.com only charges your card on the date of shipment and only for the product that we actually ship on that date. 

Why was my credit card declined?
Credit card declines happen for a number of reasons.  Most of the time, they result from a data entry error (entering an incorrect digit on credit card number, security code, address or expiration date).  It can also result from an insufficient credit line on the date of the charge.  If your credit card charge is declined on the day of shipment, MyRaceDVD.com will notify you via email and provide an 800 number you can call for assistance.

How much sales tax will I pay? 
MyRaceDVD charges sales tax on any products shipped to an address within the State of California.  California residents are charged sales tax at a rate of 8.25%.

Where else are NASCAR My Race Collector’s Edition DVD’s sold?
NASCAR My Race Interactive DVD is sold exclusively on MyRaceDVD.com.

Return Policy


What is the Return Policy on NASCAR My Race DVD?
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it to us within 30 days of the original purchase date.  We will be happy to either exchange the product or refund your payment in the form of the original payment method. MyRaceDVD.com charges a $6.00 restocking fee for returned products. Note: Rush shipping charges cannot be refunded. In order to receive a credit, you must contact Customer Service for a return authorization / instructions before returning your order to MyRaceDVD.com

How can I return NASCAR My Race DVD?  
You can return your NASCAR My Race DVD in the Collector’s Edition Case by calling customer service at 1-800-635-2881.  You will receive a return number, and instructions on where to return the DVD/Case. The DVD must be returned within 10 days of receiving your return instructions and it must include the return number and original packing list to be a valid request.  The DVD and Collector’s Edition Case must be in re-usable condition when received.

Shipping and Billing

How soon will my NASCAR My Race DVD order ship?
“In stock” races usually ship within 2 working days after you place your order (we do not ship order on Saturdays or Sundays).   Pre-orders usually ship on or before the date indicated on the race description in our online store.  Please refer to our Store for expected ship dates of individual races.  Your credit card is billed only on the date of shipment.

How long will it take to receive my NASCAR My Race DVD?
Standard delivery on “in stock” races is 10-12 days after shipment date.
Rush Delivery on “in stock” races is 3-5 days after shipment date.
 
What should I do if I have not received my order?
You can track your order by visiting www.findmyracedvd.com, or by calling Customer Service at 1-800-635-2881 between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM Eastern Time (except Weekends and Holidays).

Is NASCAR My Race DVD available outside of the United States?
NASCAR My Race DVD’s are sold only in the United States.

Does My Race DVD ship to APO/FPO military addresses?
Yes, My Race DVD ships to APO/FPO military addresses.  If you are having difficulty placing your order online, please call 877-410-RACE and we will be happy to take your order over the phone.

Using MyRace DVD

Can NASCAR My Race DVD’s be played on a game console?
My Race DVD’s are produced to play on home DVD players and are not compatible with game consoles.

Can NASCAR My Race DVD be played on my PC or Mac?
NASCAR My Race DVD has been successfully tested on a variety of PC and Mac platforms, but we cannot guarantee compatibility.  User preferences, settings and installed software can negatively impact playability.  For best results, My Race DVD’s should be played on your home DVD player.
 
Does NASCAR My Race DVD work on all home DVD Players?
NASCAR My Race DVD is been produced in accordance with applicable DVD standards and has been independently tested on a wide range of home DVD players.  My Race DVD is compatible with most home DVD players. 

How do I play NASCAR My Race DVD on my DVD player?
First, refer to the Quick Start Guide that was included with in your DVD Case.  It includes basic instructions on how to use the My Race OnScreen Dashboard™ and Audio Menu to control Camera Views and Audio Channels.  Alternatively you can view the “Demo” from the Main menu of your feature DVD. 
 
What if my DVD player is having trouble playing my NASCAR My Race DVD?
First, check the “Quick Start Guide” that was included in your DVD case, or view the “Demo” on the main menu of your DVD.  You can also try out our Interactive Remote Control for tips on advanced navigation features.  If you’re still having trouble, you can call Customer Service at 800-635-2881 between the hours of 9 AM and 8 PM Eastern Time (Except Weekends and Holidays) and we’ll be happy to help you.  Note that a very small number of DVD players are unable to play My Race DVD properly.
