Race Summary:

NASCAR raced between raindrops at the Pocono Raceway, turning crew chiefs into weathermen as they tried to figure a front full of rain clouds into their pit stop strategies. Jeff Gordon's crew chief, Steve Letarte did the best job of reading the radar, pitting the #24 Chevy at just the right time and having him on the track and in the lead when the final downpour began, cutting the race to 265 miles. Once again, two-time defending Pocono champ Denny Hamlin was stuck with the short end of luck, leading the most laps but finishing 6^th due to the rain, between 5^th place Tony Stewart and 7^th place Mark Martin.
