Race Summary:

Since making the cut for the 2007 Chase for the Nextel Cup, Clint Bowyer was becoming tired of answering the same old question over and over again – “Hey Clint, when are you going to win a race?” From the time the #07 Chevy unloaded in Loudon, New Hampshire until it took the checkered flag on Sunday, Bowyer answered that question with resounding “right now”. But it wasn’t easy for the second year racer, fending off challenges from former NASCAR champions Jeff Gordon, Tony Stewart, Jimmie Johnson, and Matt Kenseth. With nine races to go, the Chase was on…and a youngster from Kansas officially threw his hat into the championship ring.
